WILKES-BARRE — A Luzerne man who was recorded yelling racial slurs at a man during a dispute last month will face criminal charges in Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. Rhode Island city proposes allowing medical marijuana farms

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (AP) — Officials in a Rhode Island city have introduced a measure to allow the large scale indoor cultivation of medical marijuana. The Woonsocket Call reports Woonsocket City Council this month proposed repealing part of the Zoning Ordinance that bans indoor pot farms.
